Mr. Ajay Wadhwa was the founder of Instant Banking Financial Services (IBFS) and subsequently established Absolute Business Management Services (ABMS). An experienced banking professional, he has worked with leading organisations including GE Money, Barclays, SBI Cards and other major MNCs. With extensive industry experience, he pioneered pre-screening and verification processes for MNCs and laid the foundation for the organisation's journey in the verification and financial services industry.

Mr. Karan Wadhwa plays a pivotal role in managing the core operations of ABMS and driving the organisation's expansion and diversification. Since joining the business, he has been instrumental in strengthening operational capabilities, expanding the client base, and introducing new avenues of growth. His strategic approach and hands-on involvement have contributed significantly to the continued growth and development of ABMS.

Ms. Simran Wadhwa is the Proprietor of Absolute Business Management Services (ABMS) and provides overall ownership and organisational support to the firm. She plays an important role in maintaining the organisation's business framework and ensuring continuity of the values and foundation on which ABMS was established.

Mr. Sajid Rana is a key member of the ABMS management team, overseeing the organisation's backend operations and day-to-day execution. He manages coordination across the backend team while also handling client communication and operational requirements, ensuring that processes are executed efficiently and in accordance with client expectations.
